$32.47

For grades 7- 12. This 217 page workbook will take your student through the entire process of writing a novel. Weekly lesson plans are provided, grammar skills are learned, and a full year’s English composition credit can be earned. Written by the co-author of KONOS, Carol Thaxton, you’ll appreciate the fun way this unit is approached.   The teacher's guide is a small book that has the answers to the brief grammar reviews that are included in this text.

Lindley's Note: We used this in 8th and 10th grades and found it to be wonderful! The piece-by-piece approach has made it easy to administer and I really appreciate how she takes my students back through their work on a regular basis to tweak and tweak again. Two options are given for your lesson plans. You can finish in 36 weeks, or you can finish in 18. I recommend 36! Either way, your student will be writing before they know it. It’s a great book for co-ops and support groups.  I recommend that every student do this before they graduate.
