During the heavy ordering season, (July 15 - Sept. 15th) orders can take 1 to 2 weeks to leave our warehouse.
If you are in need of your order before this time frame, please choose UPS Ground, or call for overnight rates.
Before calling or emailing about the status of your order, please allow for the additional 1 - 2 weeks for
leaving our warehouse. Thank you for your understanding!
Ordering earlier will help you to avoid this delay.
Please note that UPS and the USPS no longer guarantee delivery times. We are unable to refund or replace orders that do not arrive in a timely manner.
However, UPS or Local Pick Up is still the better option when time is an issue. Our Local Pick Up is located in Jacksonville, Fl.
FREE SHIPPING – Orders over $95.00 before sales tax, ship FREE Media Mail to all 50 states! Otherwise, shipping
is $7.95. We ship within 1 - 5 business days. IF a product is out of stock, we will hold your order for up to 10
working days. We ship from Florida.
Priority Mail - via the USPS is based on zip code and weight of order. Please contact us

appropriate charges.
UPS Ground - Ships out quicker with a transit time of 1 - 5 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse. This is not available for APO,
FPO, P.O. boxes. Alaska, Hawaii or US Territory addresses. Any backorders are shipped at our discretion.
